I want you to be completely happy with your purchase! Refunds for printed goods are accepted for 14 days after date of delivery. To initiate this process, please contact info@paperhousepaperie.com.

Please note that the refund does not include the shipping charges. Returned paper goods must be in original, unused and unaltered condition. Please note that we cannot accept the return of used or altered items, custom designs/sizes or returns initiated more than 14 days past delivery. As for our digital collection, due to the nature of these items we are unable to accept returns on digital products.
